Who we work for
Homeowners, builders and self-builders
Roughly half our work comes directly from homeowners — a garden wall, a patio, a chimney that has started dropping mortar into the gutter. The other half is the brickwork package on projects run by main contractors, architects and self-builders, where we come in at a set point in the programme and get the masonry done.
Both are welcome, and both get the same approach: look at it properly, quote it honestly, build it once.
What we do not do
Where we stop
We are bricklayers and pavers. We do not take on roofing, plastering, electrics or plumbing, and we do not act as main contractor on a full build. Where a job needs a structural engineer's input — a substantial retaining wall, significant movement in a wall, removing a chimney breast — we will say so rather than press on regardless.
Keeping the scope narrow is the point. It is why the brickwork is right.
